After the test I laid my head
right down upon my knees,
and this is when I had the dream
I spoke of to previously,
and in this dream I had to write
an original folk song,
and that's what I'm singing to you now,

So now I'm waiting to wake up
back in my school, and then
I'll see how I did on that test
and I'll find my clothes again.
And if I get kicked out of school,
at least I've got this song.
