In addition to being a musician I am also a knitter, and I've designed a couple of patterns that people have enjoyed:

• Knitted Stegosaurus pattern.
• Knitted Diplocaulus pattern. (A Diplocaulus is a sort of primitive amphibian -- an example is pictured to the lower right.)

I've also put together some information about grafting non-stockinette ends using kitchener stitch since there doesn't seem to be much about that elsewhere online.
